All order cancellations will be managed as per our Standard Cancellation Policy.

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. This may include, but is not limited to, situations such as non-serviceable pin code areas, limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention department. We may also request additional verification or information before accepting any order.

If all or any portion of your order is canceled, or if additional details are required to accept your order, we will communicate this with you as soon as possible.

Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by sending a message to our WhatsApp number +91-9996797969. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the full order amount.

If cancellation is requested after the product has been shipped, please contact our Customer Support. In such cases, your refund will be initiated after deducting the convenience fee (minimum Rs.100, which may vary depending on your order) from the total paid amount. Refunds will be processed once we receive the product(s) back.
