Replacement Policy:

Return Definition:
A “Return” means sending back a purchased item to Mittibliss only when an incorrect item is received. In this case, we will replace the incorrect product with the correct one.
Rules for Returns and Refunds:
Wrong Product Delivered:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange pickup of the incorrect item and ship the replacement immediately or process a refund per your choice, without liability for interest payment.Missing Products:
Report missing parts within 24 hours of delivery. We will confirm with our operations team and send the missing items as soon as possible.Refusal or Unreachable Customer:
If you refuse to accept delivery or are unreachable, refunds will be processed after deducting a minimum conveyance fee of Rs.100. If fees exceed Rs.100, we will inform you prior to refund.Incorrect Address or Contact Information:
Please provide the correct shipping address and contact number at checkout.If mistakenly delivered to the wrong person, Mittibliss will not issue any refund.
If the shipment is returned to us due to incorrect details, refunds will be issued after deducting a conveyance fee (minimum Rs.100 or more depending on the order).
Wrong Item Ordered by Customer:
We encourage careful order review before checkout. Due to the consumable and personal care nature of our products, returns for incorrect orders are not accepted.
Important Notes:
Returned products must be unused and returned with the original packaging to the address provided by our Customer Service Team.
Refund or replacement will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product(s). Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
