•Shipping & Delivery Policy : We deliver across India only. All domestic orders are shipped through registered courier companies and/or Speed Post.

•Prepaid Orders Only: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid to ensure smooth and secure processing.

•Minimum Order Quantity: Orders must include at least 2 products. Free shipping is available on any two‑product combo or more.

•Dispatch & Delivery Timeline: Orders are usually dispatched the same day or next day. Delivery may take 3–10 working days, depending on order volume and courier/postal norms.

•No Refunds, Returns, or Cancellations:

•Each batch is carefully curated and quality‑checked, ensuring authenticity and consistency.

•Because of the nature of our wellness and personal care categories, once products leave our facility, they cannot be resold or reused.

•To maintain hygiene, purity, and customer trust, we strictly do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations.

•Delivery Address: All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order.

•Liability: MittiBliss is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment within 3 working days (usually by the next working day after payment confirmation).
